How FOX Live Valve Works:

On the Talon 1000R-4 FOX Live Valve, these shocks incorporate FOX’s automatically adjusting Live Valve technology . Key features include:

• Shocks are constantly changing their compression damping (each shock independently, in real time) for all four wheels
• You get less body roll in corners, a smoother ride through whoops, and more resistance to bottoming—a deluxe ride overall
• Two selectable modes: Normal and Sport (accessed via dash switch)

Ride Quality:

“Normal” is softer at low speeds, soaking up the little stuff like washboard roads and small chatter. Switch to Sport, and it firms up a bit for high-speed runs—it’s responsive but not overly complicated. No messing with clickers or dials—just pick your setting and go .
