1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States.

- 🌍 International shipping: Available with shipping charges (contact us with your delivery country)
2. Order Processing (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays.
Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM (Central Standard Time – CST)
- Orders placed before the cutoff begin processing the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing the next business day.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Processing includes order verification, preparation, packaging, and handoff to the shipping carrier.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Handling time + Transit time
Estimated Transit Time (After Processing):
- Minimum: 3 business days
- Maximum: 10 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time:
- 4–13 business days, depending on location and carrier
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is Flat $270 within the US except for Hawaii and Alaska.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

- Tracking number
- Estimated delivery window
