I have nothing but positive things to say about Fastlane Powersports Showroom. I was helped promptly after walking in the door, all of my questions were answered concisely and clearly, I felt zero pressure from my sales guy, the UTV I was looking at was priced fairly, and my purchase was easy peasy. Mine was a cash deal so I can't speak to the financing process, but Dan in the office is extremely nice and really knows how to get things done. Five stars for sure. I'll be a repeat customer, no doubt about it.

Just started my journey with motorcycles. I have been researching for months on what my first bike should be and I narrowed it down to a Ninja 400.
I had a great experience here from the staff. Anthony greeted us as soon as we entered, Martin showed us around the showroom and showed us possible other good starter bikes. They would periodically check on us in a good way as I thought things through.I agreed to purchase the Ninja 400 and Anthony closed the paperwork efficiently and answered all my questions. I felt I got a fair deal and it looks like other folks did as well. They probably sold 3 other bikes during the time we were there.
Justin assisted us with loading the Ninja on our truck and we drove back with no problems. He gave us tips on how to unload the bike safely and it worked like a charm. You can tell the staff there has a passion for motorcycles they do a great job.

Fastlane Powersports is definitely the place to go for your power sports needs. The folks here are genuinely interested and very knowledgeable about all things you may need. They have a full service center with many different parts for different items in stock ready for install. Not my first time here and definitely not my last.

It was fuel pump problem. Manager Anthony response right away and find out problem and fixed. Now my motorcycle runs like brand new.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2020 Kawasaki Mule at this dealership. Staff was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Their selection is impressive, pricing is straightforward and fair. I don't think we have anything else like them here in the west coast. I would check here before going to the franchised dealers to avoid hidden fees and the usual dealer games. Would not be surprised if we end up buying here again

Honestly has to be the best powersports dealer I've ever went to and bought from. They have really good prices on their inventory and made the whole buying process quick and easy. They were able to give me what my bike was worth and get me into a different one unlike others. Other dealers wanted to rip me off by only giving me half of what these guys gave me for my bike and then turn around and say that thats all my bike was worth. A dealer offered me 3200 for my bike and these guys were able to give me 5000, and got me into the KTM I've always wanted at a very good price and APR. I highly recommend these guys, no hidden fees like other dealerships.

I was looking for a new 4 wheeler after shopping around well actually I called and left messages because of the shelter in place orders. I called quiet a few dealers! Anthony form Fastlane Powersports was the only person that called back! I asked him for a specific model which he said they had in stock. Anthony was very accommodating as I asked specific questions, When I was ready to buy They offered the 4 wheeler to me at a better price compared to what a more local dealer that I eventually got ahold of.. Not only did they do that, but Anthony had it shipped to my door in 6 days. Saved me lots of hours of driving! Fastlane Powersports went above and beyond to make a deal with me. After the sell Susan also followed up on the Paper work and to see if I had any questions or concerns with my purchase. I can't say enough about the customer service I received this place is fantastic.

Was looking for a first-time bike for my 14 year old and we ended up getting a 125 pit bike, which he absolutely loves it's a great learner everybody was fantastic at the store I ended up having to need some parts at a much later date and those were shipped to me the very next day very easy going very easy transaction they text back immed. Nice on cost, I really appreciated working with the powersports company!! Will buy the next bike from them

I just bought a 2015 Monster from Fast Lane Powersports over. The purchasing experience was very easy, streamlined, and professional. I want to give a shout-out to Anthony, sales manager, who went above and beyond by taking up the slack when my bank was disturbing for the purchase. Anthony offered for someone to drive me to my bank branch (2.1 miles away) so I could pick up a cashier's check. I'm a long-time Ducati rider and an even longer motorcyclist. Fast Lane Shop made it easy for me to replace my stolen Monster 1200S. I highly recommend this shop/dealership. I highly recommend working with Anthony who, like me, is an Army vet,

First off, this review is extremely late and I apologize to everyone @ Fast Lane haha. Second, this dealership gets 5 stars because I can`t put 7+ stars on here...these guys are seriously awesome.
I was looking for the past 3+ months at a new bike; particularly a new Ducati. I went through many reviews and checked out a few places on my own before finding Fast Lane. I gave them a call during the week just to say hi and see what they were about a bit. Right from the first phone call I could tell they were laid back and easy to deal with. When I went to go meet them face to face it was even better. They showed me around and showed me a few bikes including the one I was really there for.
They were never ever pushy, very respectful, listened to me. The panigale 1299S was what I went for, even though the panigale 959 was also right there on my list. They did whatever they could and then some to get the deal done. Throughout the process they were kind, understanding, and very hard working. It`s through their work that I now own the 1299s Panigale upgraded with everything I wanted.
From the GM Anthony to everyone else in the building you really wont find a nicer relaxed staff anywhere else. These guys are the absolute truth and anyone even considering a Ducati or Triumph (or maybe whatever else they can probably get their hands on for you)...this is where you need to go!

New to scooters they were helpful and very friendly. I bought an old used Honda 50 and they treated me like I bought a new one. (which I defiantly will) from them. If I ever need anything they will the go to place for parts, etc.
They spent a lot of time with me to make sure I got the right helmet and fit.

I was looking to upgrade to a larger bike and had my eye on the Tracer 900 GT which they had one at Fast Lane Powersport. Called ahead and asked if they allow test rides, which they made clear they do not due to being short on new inventory. The price was competitive for the market at the time so I ended up test riding a tracer at a different dealership to make sure it was a good fit for me. Once I showed up ready to buy I got the paperwork over to my bank from them, and returned for what was like 30 minutes of signing, and then rode the bike home. Really fast and convenient. It was before noon on a Saturday and I was already home with the my first brand new bike. (Having bought used up till now) Really good experience overall.

I just had my golf cart tires replaced here. I had to re-schedule twice due to weather, but Fast Lane Powersport was always super nice about that. Once I dropped it off, it was done next day. All chargers were explained & everyone was helpful. Fast Lane Powersport comes highly recommended by me! I will be back for sure!

100% TOP NOTCH SERVICE from start to finish.. I came in looking for a Slingshot.. Paid a little more then i was setting for .. but the service and atmosphere they provide to their customers is WELL worth it! Can Am showing error codes with engine sub performance while traveling cross country. Checked internet, found Fastlane Powersports. I was there at opening with my saub story on a wish and a prayer. Fantastic purchase experience! It’s no surprise that they’ve been in business for more than 15 years. Fastlane Powersport knows how to take care of their customers. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere and very knowledgeable staff. Vaughn and Alex helped me get the golf cart I wanted at the right price and offered a great value for my trade. This was probably one of the quickest and easiest vehicle purchases I have ever made. I can’t wait for my next purchase! Speaking of that… you guys have a great location with a beautiful showroom but we didn’t have a chance to check out the accessories department. The next time we are there, my wife and I are looking forward to checking out all the gear. That area is huge and has everything. You guys are a one stop shop!

I bought a 2020 Yamaha Tracer 900 GT from Fast Lane Powersports and Alex F was the salesman. I was having difficulty deciding between two bikes and he very fairly and kindly gave me his view on the pluses and minuses of each machine. Without being pushy at all, Alex was informative, patient and obviously understood very well his motorcycles. I feel like I got a fair deal on the bike and the buying experience here turned out to be quite pleasant. He gave me a detailed orientation to the electronics of the machine and stayed after a half hour past closing time to make sure I understood its complexities! I might just buy another bike from here sometime soon.
Edit: after going to Fast Lane Powersports now for almost 5 years now, they never fail to surprise me. Their service/parts department are super knowledgeable with really fair repair prices. The apparel department for gear etc. are really informative and helpful too! I can’t imagine going to anyone else. Highly recommended.

I recently took the delivery of the Polaris Ranger EV. Very Happy with the unit itself. I can not say enough good things about the people working at Fast Lane Powersport. Anthony was my point of sale - very knowledgeable and very professional. He was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I also made contact with Max in Vaughn's absence. At the service dept. I had few accessories installed, these guys are top notch Ron and the techs run a well oiled machine.
I was dealing with a small electrical matter and it was resolved to my satisfaction and beyond. These guys will absolutely go out of their way to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I can not say enough good things about my experience. From the start the sales team including my salesperson Anthony helped me acquire my first and a very rare motorcycle. A specific bike I had my eye on for years. He made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I think made some minor modifications with the service department where Alex took great care of me and made sure everything got taken care of accordingly. Took 1 day and the very next day Alex himself helped me load it and secure it in my truck. I will most definitely be back for all my moto needs. 👍🏼

I am in NC and wanted the 2022 Kawasaki Vulcan LT. I looked all over for this color and found it in Illinois.
